best vice city mod is vice cry 1.6 and additional modding...effects,,weapons... first person, a ton of cleo scripts...becouse this is just terible man...rage with original palm trees hahahah original textures this is disgusting....looks like a gta 3 aplha version...cartoon stuff....... i prefer original game engine with ton of modding, this is nothing...just car handling..shooting and some minor stuff of rage power/// visualy its ssshiiiiiit biggest ive ever saw

Sad thing that rockstar and t2 doesn't like it when people mod their games to "enjoy it better" and DMCA the modders. They've destroyed all of their enthusiasm and reputation.
