one thing i reccomend is not spend ur political power on policies and instead get political leaders (only policy in early game u should get is advancef research barau) and also max out ur reseaech spendings and develop ur citties so u can get quantum by mid-late 2023
i'm a grandmaster, the new updates have made air carrier useless, i just fought a poland and with a fort + anti air he would lose barely any troops (100-200 on 100k) and was able with 8 attackers to kill my entire navy (5 dest 5 subs 1 battle 1 carrier), they made normal aircraft way too powerful.
