Tatra uses half axles instead of single solid axle which causes the wheels to tilt under normal conditions. It helps for better traction under off road as wheels articulate independent of the other. Also under specific conditions this setup can produce lower ground pressure than a different vehicle in the same class. In-fact you can observe a scaled down version of this on a 7 seater Vikram Auto, it is also fitted with half axles and you will the wheels bent slightly inwards.

i got something similiar , but there is also one variety of led light called projector specific , i use it especially for my ktm bike, and now its bright as hell, with the same specs that you have 16K lms, but the company is called Autobahn based from coimbatore , and i changed nothing in my bike except for the bulbs .
@@NamasteEntertainment it was 4200 rs post discount, really awesome lights, and my bike is like the brightest RC390 in the road, i just use my low beam , high beam whenever required. trust me it is really bright. due to projector lamps it amplifies the light and this LED model has a triangular design , which is specially made for any projector based vehicle.
@Katjai . This is the bare chassis and the heavy duty suspension is without any platform or load. Hence the extra pronounced positive camber. Military TATRA trucks have central backbone frame with independent swing arms with positive camber that give stability in rough terrain and help in maneuvering of such large vehicles .
Just because its LHD doesn't mean BEML built it for export. All Indian Army Tatra trucks are also LHD. Most likely its due to restrictions in the contract between BEML and Tatra.
