Porsche GT tracking on circuits including: the Nurburgring, Spa Francorchamps, Yas Marina Circuit and Dubai Autodrome.
Video footage and lap-time comparisons of the GT cars, also vs. other car brands. Record lap-times logged on VBOX HD2 Racelogic, on GoPro, and on Harry’s LapTimer.
@@m.alsullaiti The Dubai Autodrome is FIA sanctioned track. It hosts.several races among them the notable 24hour Race. As for your own safety and that of your car, that’s your call.
@@Mrdfastcarstire differential is 1.5-2s. The other 2-2.5 is in the kit (suspension, aero & downforce), which you extract on the better tires. MR setup always uses R tires (which are even more grippier)
@@TS-1267 Great. Have fun. I’m sure you’ll chose Spa Francorchamps track as well after you watch this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BpWaHeWwTUM.htmlfeature=shared
Not as busy and drivers were on good behaviour. I agree it too hot. Did just a 3 lap stint at 9:20 with a passenger and this 5 lap one at 10am and it was 43C in car and track probably over 70C
The difference between 4RS and 3MR can be tiers, hot/cold climate, etc. I think the 4RS needs some rubber front and may be better suspension setup, it’s twitchy on hard breaking. Have you tried 255 front 305 rears?
PAG keeps the GT3 as their flagship track car. SSR and MR upgrades include suspension and doubling the downforce thru major air movement. For me, I’ll just enjoy the cabin sound and still the 4RS is a pretty nimble car around the track.
Heading for Austria Red Bull Ring today, to participate Master GT3RS track experience. I am gonna test some new onboard recording gadgets there. By the way, my GT4RS is coming early next year, have watched lots of your great videos.
Great. Enjoy the Red Bull ring and the amazing GT3RS. Will be looking out for your video. Congrats on the 4RS, you’ll love the car handling and cabin sound
Cheers. The 4RS is an amazing car in many ways: well balanced, great cabin sound, etc. I enjoy every minute in it. The 9923RS is amazing on the track. Tremendous downforce w. superior cornering, braking, etc. An all around superb track car.
Hi nice comparison. Which one is easier to be driven on track? Yes we know GT3RS has a lot more downforce, but my concern is which one easier to handle since GT4RS is mid engine car.
Hi. The 4RS with its mid engine is smooth with balanced throttle. Too much T and it moves. 3RS with rear engine, stiffer suspension, better aero, and wider tires maintains great grip at higher speeds in corner and in exits
I own all three...992 GT3, 992 GT3 RS, and GT4 RS (and 992 GT3 Cup and Macan S). The GT3 beats the GT4 RS, so of course the GT3 RS smokes it. It's all personal preference, though. My 992 GT3 is my favorite, largely due to it being a manual transmission.
There is just no way after hearing the gt4 rs in real life inside the cockpit that you want anything else Doesn't matter how slow the gt4 rs is, it's the only car that will put a smile on your face once you open that throttle
@@porschegt1956 very good. Do you know if this lap is going to be published by porsche?? I have my 992GT3RS now run in with 2000kms and we are going to see what times we can record at Spa next week Monday and Tuesday. fingers crossed the weather is going to be good
Throughout Radillon the 3RS was carrying a lot higher speed and the braking area at of Kemmel was 20+ M later. I had an issue remembering to switch DRS (it’s manually activated) but nevertheless the drag is certainly much higher
The 3RS is awesome but I feel it’s too much, the 4RS is fun. Btw did you feel the Porsche experience 4RS handles similar to yours, any special tweaks etc?
The 3RS is incredible on track & all the Porsche drivers who tried it this week were amazed with performance. So grippy. The 4RS is equally great fun in a different way. Set up for Spa as a fast flowing track is different and this stock car was handling quite well
Nice to see the side by side. You get what you pay for and it is to be expected that 3 beats 4. But what did both Top Gear testers say- they both chose the GT4RS. More fun?
The 4RS is definitely a lot of fun, a better daily car and comes pretty cheap. The 3RS is the iconic track car for Porsche & the 992 delivers big time. Take your pick
Almost zero nose dive as they advertised in their launch. Change of direction looks very strong as well. Hope to see you get a chance in the dry on fresh tires.
There’s so much grip in braking and cornering in this car, it’s not even funny. And almost 0 twitching. Hope I luck out with the weather next time. What a car😮
