I'm "realh", the developer of ROXterm. Years ago ROX was an alternative desktop environment inspired by Acorn RISC OS and I wrote ROXterm to fit into that environment nicely. I use GNOME now, but I continued maintaining ROXterm because there are some features I still prefer to gnome-terminal, but I don't think it can claim to be significantly more lightweight any more.
