We have learned a lot about what dementia does and doesn’t look like through our training with the LIFE director, Carole, and also by going and interacting with the participants
This is Nina Takacs, a graduate of Wooster College who has been performing with MAD* Factory since 2008 and around the Northeast Ohio theater scene for even longer. She is an admissions counselor at Cleveland Institute of Music and is the funniest person we know! ❤❤
When we have gone to LIFE, we always had an exercise session following us and there were usually music sessions in the afternoon. There are many different opportunities to build community at LIFE meetups!

MAD* has led comedy improv classes for people living with dementia and their caregivers at the LIFE locations in North Ridgeville and Wellington, but they also have locations in Amherst and Vermilion!
Henry Foraker is a local performer and teacher who runs Northeast Ohio Creatives providing Princess and Character experiences and parties. He is also a vocal and piano instructor at his own lesson studio, Studio 826 in North Olmsted!
