This country is not in trouble because it prays to God for the wrong things at the wrong time, but because it has drifted farther and farther away from God to begin with. This show is a great way to throw away an hour that could be used constructively. Some suggestions: 1) Call a sick friend, 2) Send out late Thank You cards, 3) Put the closet in order, 4) Take food to an elderly neighbor, 5) Meditate.

IMO, prayer is individual, like sexuality. Church and state should be separated. Hypothetical question on this though.. if Obama started praising Allah in that speech, how would that have gone down. Like the Texas T-Shirts written in Arabic. A lot of Americans seem not to notice the hypocrisy of supporting prayer, only if it's the *right* denomination.
