This is not a pension scheme, such a National Interest Paying Scheme like interest gaining on our FD. Even we have a choice to deposit in FD any bank who is giving a higher rate of interest, but in NIPS the govt compelling the individual to deposit the 40% of their savings in low interest paying org.. listed in the final exit forms. again i am saying this is not a pension scheme,. interest paying scheme.
