Feeling overwhelmed is normal but tough. Best thing I know to do is simplify the things that overwhelm me. Sometimes that means going outside for a walk and just focus on breathing or even just going and doing the dishes. Hope this is helpful. Good luck and have a nice day.

Id like to do away with nearly anything that doesn't biodegrade. I did have a hard time seeing all that food and all that plastic get thrown out. Believe me there was a lot of inner talks and conversations about this process. I just know the kind of life style i want to live, and not only will i achieve that lifestyle in the future, but i have plans for how i can do little things here and there to start living a more healthy and sustainable life.
Just mix everything. I don't live with those roommates anymore. But the ones I have now take forever to take out the trash and make the apartment stink. They are so messy. I usually stay in my room unless I have to go into the main common areas for things.
I'll keep that in mind. I don't really think about recycling much because 1) I don't collect enough things to make it worth recycling. 2) Based on some research I've done, more than 80% of things we think can be recycled actually CANT be recycled. And that's coming from recycling plants.

Actually, at that time, i ate everything i had and only got the things i knew i would eat. We never wasted food, and we didnt have much unnecessary waste/garbage.
Im a specail ed teachers and specialized in early childhood ASD. Every kiddo is so different and has their own struggles but each one is an amazing super hero as well. Most people will never be able to understand what you have to go through each day. Keep up the great work!
We got locked out of our RV once. We live in it so we got locked out of our house haha. Never a good feeling but it’s a simple mistake and no one got hurt 🙏🏻

Do u floss yours everyday now? I hardly flossed mine until now. That’s probably why I have gum disease. So for the last 4 months I’ve been flossing my teeth like 2 or more times a day. It feels good doing it.

Matthew That's so cool that you have learned to find the Spirituality in all these things! They are all Gods Creation and It is so cool you can go into Nature and remove yourself from the things of the World and feel that Spirit that is so strong! And It's amazing that all you are doing is helping you come closer to God! It's an amazing thing and that is so amazing that you have found all these things about yourself and that you were able to bring it all into your home to be able to get more easily connected and closer to the spirit! There is good in many things and there is evil in many things, And it's great that you are finding the good and being able to create harmony within the home, within nature, within the spiritual aspect and with God! Great vid. You're right, It was advertised all over the internet for that free taco at taco bell. I saw photos of cars lined up for it. That was very odd that taco bell where you went had no clue. Anyway, you're awesome..love your vids.

I totally agree. And that's actually something i'v been working on lately. This may sound worse than it actually is, but i'm hanging out with my parents less and doing things regardless if they will like it or not. i'm sort of starting to live my own life the way I want to with some consideration of things they taught me growing up. And over Christmas 2019, I asked my dad if he would video record me on my phone opening the presents my mom gave me. he didn't hesitate and did it for me almost excitedly and more relaxed about it and he seemed to know or understand what I was probably going to do with it later.
