These are not villas but independent houses. I visited there , no greenery, its like kachhi colony. Not approved from authorities, no rera. Loan is not offered from private or government bank but nbfc and third party finance which offered miminmum rate as 10-11%. Also chances of demolition is pretty good as its not authority approved .
I have been living in Rise Forest Floors for the past one year. Most of the builder promises have not been fulfilled. There is not even a functional club available for the society residents. The maintenance service is pathetic. For the past few days, the housekeeping and garbage collection staff have been on strike. There is not even a functional main gate, just a set of barriers that are manually moved around by the guards. This builder is mainly interested in the commercial and not the residential aspects of the project. Please visit the society once before investing anything in Rise Resorts Residences project.
Grih Sampadah fraud company - I was purchanges office from them where they have committed multiple benefits before the payment after but the payment they just changed not accepting the commitment and I found they fraud company I suggest don't perchance any thing from them otherwise your money will loss and you regrade with your decision There is fraud people in marketing just doing false commitment.😵💢😟🙁🙁🙁
This is same Antriksh Group which has left many projects incomplete. Antriksh Urban Greek & The Golf Address Noida Sector 150 are one of the projects they never completed but took booking amount from many customers. Please do not invest in this project. You will only lose your hard earned money and get nothing in return. Back to Back they have kept cheating customers & many customers have sent them legal notices. Do Not Buy Anything from Them. Please verify this information !! Hundreds of customers are stuck with them.
