If a president can't be impeached because his party holds majorities in both houses basically the president can do whatever he wants. Impeachment should not be a requirement to hold a president accountable for criminal acts. It's absurd.

So basically, let them try to prosecute former presidents and IF there is evidence of a crime that can be PROVEN in a court of law only then is the defendant found guilty, otherwise the prosecution will be found to be frivolous and be quickly dismissed. Let the good faith in the courts sort it out and let the chips fall where they may. There's no need for x-presidents to have immunity for anything.
