Is this the worst "real estate" video ever!? Let's watch a dude showering, some car closeups and an upskirt shot of his girlfriend instead of even a single view of the property. Nice money spent 🤡
Awarded “Best New Community” in 2018, Salisbury Village is Sherwood Park’s most sought-after new community. This modern community offers homebuyers a unique lifestyle opportunity off Wye Road. Trails, parks, and playgrounds contribute to an active environment our homeowners are looking for. The nearby amenities along Wye Road - including a Starbucks, banking, and Rona - mean you never have to stray far from home for all your wants and needs. Easy access into downtown Edmonton allows residents to experience a convenient suburban lifestyle close to the city and to the country.
After watching this video I hope you don't mind if I pass on 'subscribing' as my doctor should be 'prescribing' any minute now. Ouch, that was painful. So he comes home after work and leaves his vehicle parked (1:23) in front of the building. That, I find quite discourteous being that I would assume you have at least one underground parking stall. Do advertising companies not utilize focus groups for feedback before releasing something they might have missed--or even regretted. Caveat emptor to the new owner. I'd check with your lawyer to see if the d-bag is entitled to squatting rights before considering your purchase.
I work at Liquor Depot here in Edmonton and that is for sure an 8 dollar bottle of Barefoot Pinot Grigio... This guy really can't afford to spend more than 10 dollars on wine? Haha, jokes aside though Edmonton is a pretty great place to live :)
Please holla at me lol amen aye thats what I want... Edmontonian' s💖 me on 🌎🗺🌍🗺🌏 amen bring back them Club Ice 🏒🥅 Teams.. see what yall can do for a Broth'A" like me at least amen...lol 😂 "Yoou see this place Eleanor im living noow (?) lol needs renovations no disrespect to the long time tenants but id really appreciate a place like that at this point all spelt correctly right anyway Akeem amen thats a Prestine place and Property".
Are you a tattooed dirtbag with hair like the squeegee kids? Then you too can live downtown in an empty apartment with a girl that looks like every not so cute cactus club hostess. Because hipster dirtbags have 3 mil lying around to live in empty apartments, then drive out in a Bentley. Where is he driving to? I mean, if you still have to drive to work you might as well spend that cash on a HUGE house somewhere. Didn't think this ad thru at all. Makes me wonder if they thought construction thru.
Walking down there just last week with two friend's of mine one English one Irish. .English guy says I'll live in big condo one day,Irish guys says I'll get the Basterd that lives in that condo one day!
Now that foreigners and "confused" people have turned Toronto into a reeking cesspit, it's time to find another place to live in Canada. Then again, with Trudeau in office; it's probably best to just leave the country.
Omg the video sucks....your focusing more on the actors than the condo....if I was the owner of this condo I'd be pissed....SELL my unit....don't sell the actors..
I visited Edmonton for the first time last summer and I was very surprised. Cool city, I guess most of what we hear in Calgary is just false or over exaggerated due to the rivalry between the two cities. Edmonton does not seem to have the stuck up attitude that Calgary has. Will visit again this summer.
-Dude, you"re driving a Bentley, get a haircut! -Do all rich people walk around in slow motion? -All image and no substance, thanks McLeod Marketing. -No money left for window coverings? Or anything else? -This is supposed to appeal to those that are successful and sophisticated? Good luck with that. -The two "actors" look very, very, lonely and full of themselves. -And a lovely view of 107 Avenue. -Yawn. More typical Real Estate Salesman bullshit.
Edmonton is one of the most character filled cities out there, it has the most festivals per year in Canada, and so many interesting things in every part of the city
Great video, it showed the features of the area, building and penthouse while highlighting the million dollar lifestyle. Nice to see in YEG for a change
Looks like you picked a random homeless guy off the street, put him in a 4 year old Bentley and a suit 2 sizes too small for him. Do people who live in 3 million dollar apartments really drive 4 year old second hand cars?
Kit actually the really wealthy penny pinch and buy certified pre owned cars and the peak of depreciation. The semi rich buy new cars every year and flash money like hipster duchess
ShootingStarAJM asinine aren't they? They won't admit it but they are jealous of the great lifestyle Edmonton has to offer! And the view from the top of any building, especially at night, is to die for!
