Welcome :) I'am big fan of tennis and Roger Federer. I started this channel by recording gameplays from "Top Spin 4" - greatest tennis game of all time. I made some tennis tributes and points compilation too. In the nearest future I want to concentrate on more tennis games, tennis tributes and compilations, maybe some vlogs too. Can anyone tell me how to control the "deep" of your shots in this game? Can you create angels? How often ai can play long ralies without mistake? Is it hard to control you own out hits (for example, can i always hit in the court if i want)? does this game have an option to show you contact point of the ball on the court? after watching this video, i mentioned what players plays long ralies very often! in modern tennis it's almost imposible
You really notice in tiebreaks how annoying the lack of variation in the voice recording for names is. Never want to hear the name Walker (?) ever again.
great win ive played this guy before very cheesey serve and typical power player i found slices worked well against him. that point at 3 1 down in last tirebreak was a great get and crucial point. amazing you stayed so patient with those cross court shots
I just love cross court shots and I was struggling with my timing a lot so I kept trying to find it even though he punished me in the most situations when I hit cross court. It was my last match after few hours of play, long session and late hour at night. I already started to lose my concetration and it was very hard to track the ball. Luckily for me I was able to play good under pressure once again.
I would like to thank you all for 4.000 subscriptions. I never expected I would get that many subs uploading videos from tennis games which are not that popular. I'm very touched. There aren't enough words in the dictionary to express how much I hate the constant slice serves pulling you about 10ft off the court _every single time_
@@OnlineFederer Yeah, I somehow beat the 52 ranked player in the world tour the other day and he just did that _relentlessly_ the whole match. Absolutely unbearable. Don't know what you're even supposed to do against it cause you have all the time in the world to hit what feels like a perfect return in to the corner and it still just gets cannoned back in to the open court because they can just somehow reach every return regardless. Infuriating.
In fact I just went back and watched the recording of it, he was even worse cause he was doing it from standing near the tramlines to serve. Just cheese upon cheese upon cheese.
@@jonathanb1406 Congrats for beating such opponent. I'm still trying to find a way to return those serves and sometimes I succeed but can't be consistent enough with that. You literally need to hold your service game with your teeth and try to find luck in the tie-break. Yesterday I won two very close matches with such opponents and in the third one I lost in two tie-breaks. I was bored to death and it is impossible to win every match this close.
@@OnlineFederer Yeah, that's literally how it feels. Impossible to break, easy enough to hold serve. It was 4-3 3-4 4-3 in the end and absolutely beyond tedious the whole time 😅 Surely the closest you can get to knowing what playing against a John Isner or Ivo Karlovic must feel like.

Totally agree. I started playing with more balanced build but in my first matches I encountered those power guys. I was trying so hard to beat them but it is almost impossible. That's why right now I have similar build to them. I still play with control shots mostly but have that extra power stored for this type of opponents which happens to be most of the online players right now unfortunately.
@@user-qm9xo2gl4n You say that like half the people in 2K Tour don't just pick Sharapova and Serena Williams all the time. Their power + the instant rocket skill is so dull, people who just do nothing but hold flat power shot for every shot.
@@jonathanb1406yes they definitely exist, but much more less so, and is somewhat more manageable with a defensive player, as most of the player playing them is bad anyway. power is totally broken tho im not suggesting otherwise. The fact that you don’t have to put points into serve in world tour is a total joke and unbalance the whole game 🥲
@@user-qm9xo2gl4n 100%. It's ridiculous that you can just leave your serve at 30 and still serve dead in to the corner ever time. The serve should basically be flying about and landing absolutely anywhere at that point if you're doing advanced serves. Dunno why they made important stats like that mean so little.
I also thought that way. Somehow I was able to play my best tennis in this match under pressure. Crazy one. I only won two more points than him and we're both have had 60 winners in the end :D
Sampras' face is awful in this game. It doesn't look like him, even his movements. For me Top Spin 4 (2011) was the best. Even today it's a great tennis videogame.
What do you mean specifically? I'm facing a lot of problems while playing online on PS5 - constant lags even tho I have very good internet connection, very annoying, especially while playing power opponents, almost always there is a lag when they hit a power stroke so it's very hard to defend. I also have problems with sound. Few times I had error message: "Something went wrong with this game or app". Once while playing 2K match which I lost thanks to that.
@@OnlineFederer the game is crashing every time I play, i can’t even finish one match without kicking me out of the game and they count it as a loss, I have more then 25 losses in my record only cuz this problem, I feel sorry for me and you hope they fix this issue soon 👨🦯
