He did nothing special looks just like every qb the raiders had starting for them to inconconsistent and these are 3rd and 4th stringers not even near a super bowl qb.
Has a nose for the ball, didn't look too uncomfortable in coverage, couple missed tackles but can be worked on, think he's a solid depth pickup for our LB4
Does an incredible job in the intermediate, very decisive in redzone. I'd like to see more consistency with the deep ball but i guess thats nit picking a bit since that would've been a perfect game if one more hit. Seemed to be timing he has the ability and great accuracy when he has a plan
He appears to read his keys well in the run game, missed a couple of tackles. Thats coachable. Looked ok in space. Id definitely like to see more and keep him on the roster.
Aiden has been very impressed the last two games. Aiden has shown great poise in the pocket. He has should he can read the defense and make accurate passes. The raiders now have two very good quarterbacks to lead the offense.
Indeed but he is as advertised... a big block shedding LB.... he's not a sideline to sideline 3 down backer. Those guys are 1st rounders. Campbell is a very good backer but absolutely a 3rd rd talent
O'Connell threw a Pick in this game so don't get a hard on for this guy just yet Raidernation. And you look closely his throws have no Heat behind them. WR's gotta wait on his passes
No he didn't. Brian Hoyer threw an interception. Aidan O'Connell has not. The fact that you don't even know who threw an interception, or don't care enough to verify who it is, instantly discredits anything you have to say about the guy lol.
People will say it’s just preseason but imo you can just tell that he has what it takes to be a starter in this league. Most backups miss at least some of these throws.
