The official songs are all in English, but the Tape series is English, Japanese, and even a little Korean. "Auto" captions are trash. It's RU-vid's algorithm trying to figure out what is being said, but with the music, the accents, and multiple languages, it just doesn't know what it's hearing. Tape 1 has no captions, at some point in the series they added captions but it's in whatever language they are using at the time. It's not until Tape #4 that we get full proper English captions. You can find color coded lyric videos on RU-vid made by fans if you want to know what they are saying.

XG Tape are their cyphers. They also have XG Vox videos where they do cover songs of other artists like TLC No Scrubbs. They have XG Move where each of them show off dance choreography with dance styles both as a group and as an individual dancer. One awesome thing about XG is that they always pay homages to the OG artists like Jay-Z. 😃 In their recent XG Vox #6 Losing You, they cover the song Losing You by Flo. It's more of a break up song, considering that towards the end they talk about wishing the other something better. Also the empty box can be a reference to the boxes that people fill up with the stuff of the partner whenever a break up happens. When you want to get rid of everything that reminds you the person you loved Also this is definitely a live performance, yes it's a MV but they performed live while filming it, it doesn't sound like the studio version trust me

There isn't really a part one part two, part, three because their storyline has been present since their debut 💀 Its very complicated honestly I can't even explain it. The overall thing is the coming of age story. This particular song is related to Lore, but it's about being tempted by a magical fantasy, but it's not like what they thought it was. A false reality if you would say. Like Neverland. Their story has a lot of Peter Pan, Harry Potter, and The Little Prince elements. They have a lot of fairy tales reference in their songs and a lot of magic and fantasy. They also have a lot of dreamlike visuals and songs. In 2022,Mubeat held a vote for best main vocalists in kpop. The results were #1 Baekhyun, #2 Jinho, and #3 Jongho, so hes6in great company. If you haven't heard Pentagon's Jinho, I highly recommend (his bandmate and leader Hui I'd great too). Jinho has done 1 cover a month for so long, he has over 50. They didn't do all of my favs, but then they would have needed to sing 40 songs😂. I especially missed Halazia, Aurora, and Inception.

Back when in was lesrning and try to analyze ateez lore I watched a few videos on a channel called eterniteez in case you want someone to explain their points of view (because i think mostly are theories). Basically on pirate king and treasure they are startung their adventure and they are talking about their way and their treasure. In say my name and hala hala they introduce their alter egos ( black fedoras ateez outfit) called halateez (atinys put the name and ateez loved it and start calling those halateez). On say may name their are talking about both of them and the fight between achieve your goals while hala hala are mainly talking about halateez (often refering fire to ambition). Of course this is just a small summary of the theories of ateez lore, in mvs afterwards they expand more the 2 worlds ( A and Z wolrd), but for the first MVs they are just introducing their storyline and their concept. Also important are the eras of ateez: treasure era, fever area, the world era and now with the new comeback golde hour era. In each era they talk specifically about a certain part of their story more. Treasure era I think is occuring in A world (normal one where ateez are trying to be succesful and achieve their goals). This part is maybe a bit strange but then ateez from world A can travel dimensions using the chromer to dimension Z (from where halateez are from, a dystopian world where they are washed brain and ateez are trying to fight the goverment and bring emotions back (this is what you have seen in the world era ( MVs of halazia, bouncy, guerrilla or crazy form) where they tell the sotry if how the fight the goverment. sorry for this long explanation of ateez lore, but i hope it will be helpfull, once again in eterniteez channel you havel full videos explaing this together with their entries on some of the albums (short stories pieces that ateez narrate in their diary version of the albums)m so a recomend you to watch them on your own time and maybe you can see a different point of view or references. THIS IS WHAT I LOVE ABOUT ATEEZ LORE, they put small pices that makes you think and bring your own conclusions and sometimes i feel that is what ateez want us to do, think our own way and be our own self. Please do yourself a favor and watch Utopia live (I recommend Utopia dunk version, which dates back to last year so pretty recent). You definitely want to hear Seonghwa's high notes in full power in a live performance. The dunk version is the japanese one, the same as the MV and that's why I recommended that specific performance. This song is among my absolute favorite b-sides, and that is because San and Seonghwa (my biases) have a great participation in this one in terms of vocals

If I remember, at the time of this video SeongHwa Yunho and San were the most fluent in Japanese. They have all become very good at Japanese over the years. After 3 years journey with ateez i found that in present these black mask team was killed in destopian land where people not allowed to protest for their rights, in halazia song mv i found some story 😅 bcoz these halateez black mask suit dummy put on a instruments wheel cart as like scare crow man to show people if u raise your voice u will die like this ,but hongjoon saw that one halateez came from future or world Z ,in world A from different dimension 😅😅who was same hongjoon face to show him they are the future halateez team if u all got together and fight this time as they show them with safety, so they made a underground team in guerilla for fight.😅my bad😂 i m not good in thinking but in storylines little hard to me to understand 😊.

I dont understand the lore fully but say my name / hala hala is a prequel to pirate king / treasure ... Thank you for reacting to TXT! The MV is still something im trying to understand. There were elements of older music videos in this one, so that could be where some visual elements of dejavu come in. But so far I've gathered that they are in a dream state, hence the running backwards, the black and white, the weird figures in the beginning and then they are waking up from that dream state and asking you remember this past time and make everything okay again. And i believe at the end when Beomgyu catches Yeonjun from falling, that was representative of him remembering him and what they've been through. But I could be wrong. TXT usually has very deep concepts. It was hot! They filmed in Morocco in the Sahara desert. KQ was a very small company with little money. They realized that having two videos would allow them to show more sides of their music, but couldn't afford it. For awhile, their releases had one performance video and one official MV. Later they could afford to give both songs full MVs.

You're on the right track! The lore is revealed in bits and pieces, and it's not chronological, so don't get hung up in being exactly right, because there's a lot that's yet to come, even now. Good observation about b/w versus color, it is a motif that they use, along ther colors in their MVs. There are also key words that are used in lyrics fairly often and bits or choreo that they repeat. It's all intentional. Have fun with these talented guys!

Halazia is one of my top 5 favorite songs by Ateez. The story is really detailed and i only recently started to understand it all. While Halazia does connect to the story happening in Guerilla (fight againt the government and all that to bring back emotions and self expression), the story in this song is a spin off. It happens in a completely different universe to the one in Guerrilla. In Ateez's lore there are multiple versions of them accross different dimensions. The ones you saw in Guerrilla were from Dimension/World Z. They are known as Halateez or the Black Pirate leaders. Halazia is meant to be set in a future where Halateez gained a lot of followers for their resistance but were captured by the enemy and were presumably killed, hence the scarecrow. The people who they helped are now lost and are looking for a sign of hope, a light at the end of the tunnel, "be the light, oh Halazia". This new Ateez group has come together to answer the call of the people and continue what the Black Pirates started. The black ball (some people have said it's a moon) was like the first step towards taking back control and it seems like they succeeded. The people you see at the very end are called witnesses. I think they are just around to observe and witness stuff happening across dimensions but i'm not sure. Guerrilla, story wise, links up with Bouncy more than it does with Halazia. The kid you saw at the end of Guerrrilla was wearing a uniform that you can briefly see Ateez wearing when they were dancing in this very white and sterile building during the bridge in Bouncy. Basically telling us they infiltrated the school and were taking it down from the inside. Sorry this was so long, i'm such a sucker for stories and lore
