If I could give less than one I would. This company is the absolute worst. I don't have a property, I have never had a property, and looking at their level or organisation I will never either. They have my number from who knows where and WILL NOT STOPP BOTHERING ME. After hours, weekends, when I am in the hospital. I write every week and have been asking for a year to please stop. I have multiple ticket numbers open. They are useless and fob you off at every turn. No matter how many times I have told them that I do not have a property they contact me about my supposed property. YOU HAVE THE WRONG PERSON. STOOPPPPPPPPP

nahh jit trippin. everything in here is complete bull crap. every single thing in this video you have to pay for, not a single free amenity. malibu beach? pay. literally only walking around is free, the rest has to be booked and paid through your stupid app. you just make me regret ever living in this community. if you’re going to make this much amenities at least make them free so people can enjoy.

I purchased 4 units from this company their accounts department will make u go crazy literally u pay according to schedule yet they harass u with phone calls and WhatsApp like crazy they also don't send u invoices or payment receipts unless u know someone who will search for u!! it's abnormal & totally chaotic their collections department should be reorganised and professionals should be placed not mediocres
