I think that's a great idea as a pre-move option waiting til the move is over it's to late at that point. They need to pay up otherwise there nothing obligating that customer to pay you in a timely fashion. If you get with a finance company who will handle this for you the debt is on them to manage not you.
@Ed Katz - you are a rock star and anyone should be honored to have you as a consultant....and, by the way, you are a really interesting Podcast guest!
@@macksmovingtraining7888 The op did not say the wrong parts in the video, but the forearm forklift is suppose to be: 1) Practically even on both sides. 2) The loop is suppose to be on the person's forearm, NOT wrist. 3) The arms and hands are not suppose to be on the side of the heavy object, but front of it for guidance and keeping the item stable. It also prevents your hands from being crushed from the sides of the door. 4) For some reason all videos referencing the forearm forklift, NOBODY wears steel toed shoes/boots. Hence, if someone puts it down, they could bust their toes.
@@alanguages Thank you for the feedback. Your absolutely right about the hand position when it comes to keeping it pretty much in front of you. We have since better that process.

Man, this episode was gold. I work with a Realtor in my state and I felt like I wasn’t showing them enough appreciation! This episode was nothing short of inspiring!
@@macksmovingtraining7888 You have somehow managed to buy a hoodie with two dementia patients names on it. If that is satire then it is hilarious and I take it back.
This really resonated with me. Some jobs aren't worth it. Once that uncomfortable gut feeling is activated during the premove process, it's honestly better to not do it and cut losses
That is awesome. I'm glad it connected. We have alot more like these keep an eye out. Share this with other owners like yourself so this channel grows and the intervewee keep getting bigger and bigger.
