You could cut out a set of reps then. Remember your not gonna be relatively young forever. The fitness extends that is you go over bored your just a man with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
I've been squatting heels down for 40 years. Now I squat heels up to get my feet and ankles stronger. It's definitely paying off. We don't walk, run or play sports flat-footed, so from now on it heals up for me.
Thanks for this. I have lower back pain: should I copy your upper body posture 100% or, angle my upper body slightly (with a straight back of course) backwards or forwards? I would really like to work my abs with this exercise, thanks.
I've used these kettlebells for a while and even travel full-time with them. They are made just right, get the job done, and excellent price. If you wanna get big and strong, I definitely recommend em!
