Excellent speech, you explained the authors thoughts and explaining the soldiers leadership skills to be a conttributing member of a winning team. Walking while delivering your talk was much more relaxing for both the soldiers and you then standing at a podium..
I love it when they talk in generalities...maybe they should simplify it...if no one does mission command and Mission control and command and control correctly then simplify it...

Mission command is leaders at all levels showing discipline to all aspects of the mission while emphasizing trust, force of will, initiative, judgment and creativity. The Goal of mission command is to have everybody with the same understanding of the problem along with the same visualization. Thus, ultimately understanding the commander's intent and the visualization of how to get there. Great video.
