At video time 6:19 that Awning over the door and window looks nice, without taking away light. Great design, looks old but it's not. Also, I like the Idea leaving or contrasting color, the vaulted ceiling, a different shade from the walls.
I do take time off, Sundays are almost sacred and we do travel together which I love ❤️ Today we are setting of for a 3 day journey to the island of Ischia 🙏

Turned out to be an amazing place with about 140sq of living space, plus all the other additional areas, and an extraordinary roof terrace. In total 4 bathrooms, servicing every floor of the house 🙏
By law you need ether an architect, geometra or structural engineer, to be a health and safety officer and appointed as Director of the site, this is a legal requirement in italy 🇮🇹
Probably 50% of buildings in italy are listed, sometimes is a little difficult to stay away. If you cooperate and work closely with them, it works very well🙏
Thank-you Davide for this RU-vid .It’s amazing to hear the history of the little town .The story of the Olive oil being produced by the men ,press and the donkey underground .I’ve found out this last year of amazing history going back to the 9th Century in my Family unknown French ancestry !It’s important to bring these amazing stories to light as it enriches our lives. Bella Bella! The patina of the cementina is chef’s kiss ❤love love love the marine multi-colored and clear skylight, pink and white star vaults, and rooftop views of the old town square. Looking good! 🤩
Being able to save the original cementine was a turning point! The skylight was and still is one of those features that makes the difference on a project 🙏
