I work in a female-dominated environment. The modern woman is a mess. She's broke, taking antidepressants, needs a therapist, masculine, fat, entitled, and lacking in accountability. This is not a small percentage of women. This is the majority of modern women. I can tell you one thing I would never invest in a female dominated industry. The modern woman's childlike behavior is making it impossible for companies to be profitable.
I hate the question ”How are you?” Since im never good! I just have to pretend cause what else is there to say? That im depressed and very sad and find no joy in life anymore? They dont ask you to know how you really are, they say it as a follow up for saying hello.

Its controversial to answer by saying "no" to someone who asks if you feel good. Obviously your tone matters, but some people haven't seen much hardships in life (yet), or at least not taken their unconscious trauma into consideration, so they get irritated or don't know how to react when you express yourself. They say nothing when you are right but saying everything when they deem you to be wrong.
