New ADHD viewer. Clicked on video. Saw she had extremely beautiful THICK hair after I put in the search terms GREASY THIN HAIRSTYLES. Zones out when she starts explaining. Immediately feels like I'll never find a fix for my hair. Cries myself to sleep since I can't use this tutorial.
My routine: • Use warmed Littlllextrra Cocooniion oil and work it into the scalp and style my hair protectively. • Typically, I wake up around 8:00 am, but I wash my hair around 12:30 pm, so almost after 14 hours, I do my hair wash. • Use warm water to wet my hair. • Apply Cocooniion shampoo two times. • Rinse thoroughly and condition my hair well. • After 10 minutes, rinse with cold water. • Towel dry with a microfiber cloth. • Use a towel turban. • 30 minutes later, I apply a lightweight serum. • Gently detangle my hair. • Let it naturally air dry. • Tie it into a ponytail. My hair is 10 inches and I have 1b hair. I usually do this just once a week on Sunday.
I don't have makeup and I don't even know how to put it on and when my sister tried to put it on me I didn't feel comfortable and removed it again, yesterday when I went to my cousin's wedding I went as usual with just my face without makeup and all the older women were staring at me then one of them I don't even know approached me and looked at me from top to bottom with mocking looks and asked me why I don't put makeup on and take care of myself like the rest of the girls at the wedding and some of the girls behind me were whispering and laughing and looking at me how can I convince them that this is just my face? I am sorry that you have been in this uncorfortable situation. It is important to remember that your natural appearence is perfectly valid and there is no need in feeling pressured on using makeup if you don't feel confortable in it. When someone questions your choice on not using makeup, answer with confidence. Say something like: "I feel good without makeup and I like my natural appearence." Don't overthink, girl, what is your name?
Life hack - instead of buying a lip scrub, I simply just scrub my lips with my toothbrush after brushing teeth. Works amazing! I hate wearing makeup but sometimes when I do want to put a little extra effort for special occasions or something I just use eyebrow powder pen (got help with matching my perfect shade - which I had trouble with - at a store), clear mascara (tried normal mascara, took it off right away) and tinted lipbalm and sometimes concealer for under eyes. The most simple makeup routine ever haha.
