How many Kg of wood did you feed to the retort ? how many hours did it take to make charcoal ? How many kg of firewood did you burn? Please answer.....
youtube keeps force feeding nazi content on my feed, how do i make it stop? ive; reported, blocked, told them im "not interested" and/or "do not recommend". how do i get the content i actually want here? ive been relegated to anything other than youtube just so i dont have to see this extremist trash youtube is disseminating.
Its not a RETORT you effing idiots, ITS A... wait for it.... wait for it... A PYROLYTIC CHAMBER.... A RETORT is where you "DISTILL" something, in this thing, you are CHARRING not DISTILLING aren't you, therefore this is a PYROLYTIC CHAMBER. Retorts operate in a vessel with TWO openings, one where the LIQUID is shoved in, the other where the DISTILLATES vent out. This thing is a single vent vessel, it operated SEALED and therefore NO OXYGEN, it is a PYROLYTIC CHAMBER... The next cretin who calls it a retort will get the DUNCE of the year award.
I like this modren machine and i want to know some information that is the degree of the Combustion furnace and the degree of Wood roasting OVEN and the number of hours that the Wood is inside the Wood roasting oven. Thank you.
Good afternoon! How much is your equipment and you can find out more information about the presence of tubes on the back of the furnace, for what they are used
@@jadeharris7488 Good afternoon. We were unable to send you a message in the mail. Tell me the cost of the furnace that you advertise in this video and its productivity per day
What an incredibly UNDERINFORMATIVE video. No information on any of the following critical details: * Weight of wood started with. * Amount of wood consumed as fuel to convert the above. * How long it took to achieve complete conversion as well as to cool down. * How much smoke is generated during peak operation (it cannot possibly be none, and the vid conveniently only shows initial warmup and final result ... nothing during peak operation. Yes, it looks like a really nice and promising design at a glance, but c'mon guys, please include some remotely useful and practical info in subsequent updates ... you've given us nothing in this one. -1 for lack of info
Good Morning, The idea of the video is to give a visualisation of the retort in operation. If you are interested and would like more information, please get in touch at sales@pressvess.co.uk.Have a great day.
rather than heating water, use the waste heat in the flue stack to pre-heat your combustion draft, which will increase your heat load per unit of fuel burnt. the same principle is used in cupola furnaces. i'd also suggest NOT cooling and condensing the syn-gas, just feed it back into the firebox hot and "dirty", which allows more complete combustion of the volatile byproducts, as well as additional "passive" heat load where it does good, while also eliminating condensate effluent which contains such substances as methanol. great prototype, but don't try to get it to perform too many tasks, use the byproducts to increase efficiency, not "gee-whizzery", lol.
When feeding the syn-gas back into the burn chamber hot and "dirty" your missing out on the wood vinegar which is probably more valuable than then charcoal itself ;)
