What the f**k was that in the bedroom???? 😮 was that a sink in the bedroom? Why does this house look like a prison or an insane asylum? It’s this a joke
Ghana has too much land to be living like college students in Ghana. No green, house breathing on each other. This is a joke, you can get a land for 10,000 dollars in the same community and build a better home with better scenery
Are houses like these designed by children in a secondary school? this looks like a house from a cartoon. A typical wast of time, money and effort, look at the stairs outside, in the rainy season that floor is a slip hazard. look at the windows, are we to live in a prison?
Yes but until you get a job you are not required to make any prepayment. Visa sponsorship depends on the company employing you. But in most cases they offer
Thanks bro for such insightful information. Please how do you know that your qualification is recognised in Germany, if you had both your BSC and MSC in Ghana
Thank you for your comment, and I'm glad you found it insightful. To verify if your qualification is recognized, please visit this link: anabin.kmk.org/anabin.html

Why are ghana tile work not grouted? this place bathrooms and kitchen horrible, tiles not grouted. Tile on the upper edges from flooring yikes. Everywhere tiles inside outside, where are the grass patches a tree a few flower plants. These compounds are not healthy.
Students are granted an extended 18-month period post-graduation to pursue job opportunities, eliminating the necessity to apply for a job seeker visa.
@@_Back_packer_ hi back packer, Does Kumasi have a lot of bmws and Mercedes Benz.? The reason that I’m asking I have a Mercedes, bmw workshop in Texas. Would there be a demand for my type of business.?
So these people are all building these massive buildings here who do they expect to do the road? can they come together and build the roads. They are all waiting for the government to come use the money for hospitals and schools to build it for them as if the government has asked them to build. It's about time we learn to come together and build streets. If you can build &100,000 houses why can't each contribute $5000 each to build the road.
📌Great video. I started watching your videos last year as a beginner before giving stock and crypto market a trial. I was able to make $17,300 in one month with a capital of $4,000 trading with an experience expert who guided me through out my trading.
Besides I and my brother have been trading with Chrissy Barymoer for over a year and I've made good profit of $86000 that's not much but l'm happy with the progress, I don't have to look for jobs anymore
{}That's true I know Barymoer. I met him at a conference in New York in 2021 where he introduced us to his business strategy, he helped me cover my student loans with ease and so many more to be mentioned
I'm American my husband is from Ghana. We both love the colors in this house. That is something that can be easily changed. Every house is not for everyone as a former real estate agent in America I know this. If you don't like the house keep your criticisms and move on. There's a house that will be good for you I personally like this being all on one floor.
Working in the construction industry, the quality of the crooked lines in the concrete pillars, uneven tiling of the steps, misaligned tiling on the car parking. Those aren't circles. Look at the wood trim at 9:10 and 9:20. Hurts my eyes.
I'm a commercial electrician by trade. We have a standard called the "code of excellence" and it simply means doing the best you can at your craft. From a bird's eye view the property looks nice, but upon closer inspection there is a lot of "not caring" going on in the construction of this property. We see this quite often in African construction which is really disappointing. The biggest problem is that when you visibly see flaws and carelessness on the outside, how much carelessness went into building the foundations of this home?
