Brumber Hill; old enough to vaguely remember the modernisation of the UKs East Coast Main Line (ECML) in the 1970s but definitely route electrification and renewal in the 1980s and 1990s. So we like traction from those eras, well what's left, as well as the 'modern stuff'; especially if it has a pantograph on it and moving at speed - so we hope you do too.

The main focus is the electrified ECML around York where we try to 'pop out' at least once or twice a month, time and availability permitting; especially if something of interest or unusual is running that fits between those commitments and the weather, daylight, etc.
