The kitchen is most spacious than the living area. With that price - it could be more approximately designed with the layout of the ground floor. Thank you God Bless
What I like is that the living area is not directly behind the front or main door. But for this price, I would expect a lot more privacy from prying eyes of neighbors especially next door. The kitchen does not impress. This house is too big for the size of the lot. It could use less rooms and more yard space for outdoor entertaining.
If that is in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas, best to invest as well in solar power with battery reserves or at least a generator. The power cooperative there is notorious for frequent power interruptions in the area.
