GOOD CITIZEN: Baltimore cops talk to you as though they, without back up, physically can beat you. which type of behavior seems to be worse than that of cops anywhere else in the country. and when they would not talk to you in a dark alley that way. you should tell them not to act cowardly and fake. and just talk with back up to people the same way they would do without it. and just treat people the same way they would want to be treated. that is it.
