The idea of creating a medical docuseries originated from a desire to share the compelling stories of patients of the Osborne Head and Neck Institute in Los Angeles, California. OHNI Case Files documents real-time footage of complex surgeries, either performed locally or internationally and during medical missions.
Dr. Ryan F. Osborne and his surgical team take us on a journey around the world where not only we get to see the highly specialized work that he does, but we can witness the bond that develops between physician/patient relationship as well as the team that is behind it.
This is a docuseries with real life stories and real doctors that will elicit strong emotions in the viewer. We hope you enjoy it.

She looks fantastic the Osborne Head and Neck Institute videos show what an amazing team of dr’s and staff can do for people. There Trip to Peru is heartwarming as well for helping others in need elsewhere too. Kudos to the Dr’s , glad she has had an amazing transformation to lift her self esteem
I just felt that when she first noticed the tumour and went to seek medical advice, I told her not to worry. They should have performed tests even if not the first she went, but later was she referred to a specialist was she given an option for surgery to have it removed or was it the case of don't worry. It's hard, very hard to know what to do when one is faced to deal with such a situation and upon doctors recommendations, until the disease takes over and becomes too late. Condolences to the family, and may she continue to rest in peace.
The surgery was really Fascinating. Amazing how well she healed. I, never thought they would have enough skin to close that wound. The after is amazing. Live Long and Prosper
I have a bee bee size on right side of glan I just thought maybe it was a stone u hear about a lot on utube it goes down then right back up after six seven months of driving me crazy it’s like a top of a pinky finger is under my toung I kinda think need get it looked at my toung on right burns like fire what do you think ?
It breaks my heart that I could not do much to help everyone back in the Philippines. While watching the show my tears runs down my face ,anger and frustration with the corrupt government, while the poor suffer ,dying of hunger and sickness. Kids going to bed hungry while the admiration keep partying with the most expensive wine...😢
I have constant sinus problem and I have devated spectrum doctors recommend me to have a surgery but I don't have a breathing problem just constant sinus? is surgery worth it ?
