@@TheUpdateChronicle i think i understand correctly but not 100%- so lmk if this answers your question! so when you are braiding yes, you only add to the outside 2 pieces. But when you are braiding (in general, not just to the scalp) you are twisting the middle piece over one of the outside pieces *as* you braid. So the middle piece becomes the outside left or outside right piece as you are braiding. With braiding to the scalp, as you bring/twist one of the outside pieces to the middle you add hair as you go
@@odalizvazquez5869 this one was from TJ Max. Stopped using it after I found this brush _-> amzn.to/3RWB2lN ive now bought 3 of these (one to replace my 1st after 5yrs then one for each girl in the house) bc it works sooo well
@@sammi_shine so glad this was helpful! Don’t give up bc it doesn’t look how you’d like- keep practicing and you WILL get better. ❤️Let me know how it works out!!
Im want to try this. I haven't found anything that holds my daughters curls long before they puff. Tx for the videos. And thanks maya for being so patient
@@OhmyMaya I have one sitting right in the closet never used😩we just be staring at each other 🫣I definitely need to start doing that! Thank you Queen 😆
So I try my best to detangle her hair while dry before she gets in the shower/tub to catch the hairs that fall out easily. Then, while washing her hair most of the hair that comes out is in the brush, so I just clean out the brush and try to catch any larger balls/pieces that fall out. BUT there are still some hairs that get away from me, I use the bathroom in our home that has the better shower drain hair catcher thing. Washing her hair (without styling) usually takes 1hr, including 10-15min of leaving in the conditioner.
Awwww your daughter is soooo beautiful with those gorgeous eyes. God Bless you sweetheart.... Amen you have a whole lot of hair it's long and pretty.. you remind me so much of my niece your face is like i see my niece all in you .lol
Hey I love how you style your daughter hair. I have a question do you blow-dry her hair before styling or you let it air dry the night before? Cause my daughter hair is thick and sometimes it's difficult to braid her hair without hurting her?
Thank you so much! Sometimes I blow dry, usually only if I need to style her hair the same day, but 80-90% of the time I stretch her hair by braiding her hair in 4 braids then unbraiding and brushing out the next day.
