源氏山 is believed to be a mountain associated with the ancestors of Minamoto no Yoritomo(源頼朝). Minamoto no Yoritomo(源頼朝) lived during the Kamakura period (1185-1333). 源氏物語 is a novel created during the Heian period (794-1185). The first appearance of the literature is said to be in 1008. There is not much relation between the two, since they share the same surname, 源氏.
During your photo walk, do you keep the CFV100C powered on all the time, or do you turn it on before taking each photo? If it is powered on, how long is the standby time of the CFV100C? Thank you!
On this occasion I walked for about two hours and the power was on the whole time. The CFV100C (and X2D) can be display off with a short press of the power button to keep it running. I also have a setting to automatically go to sleep after a while, so the battery lasts a long time. The camera resumes instantly when turned on from the display off mode. It takes about a second from sleep mode. -------- Postscript -------- I'm sorry. I was a little mistaken. Sleep mode does not exist, it is power off. You have to wait about 0.5 seconds to boot up from display off mode. It feels a bit slow. The boot time from power off is about 3 seconds.
Thank you for the great video! I have a question. Often, 'Manual Focus' is active on your display. How do you focus manually so quickly to achieve such sharp images? Thank you in advance for your response.
I am using the NOVOFLEX HAX/NIK mount adapter. One thing to note is that the aperture ring cannot be operated only with G-type F lenses. Also, since it is an electronic shutter, rolling shutter distortion is noticeable.
What are you using to hold your phone above your waist level viewfinder? Is it an attachment to the tripod socket on the bottom? If so, can you provide the website link? Thanks!
Hi Shida-san, may I know where do you purchase the XCD lens? I plan to visit Hiroshima next week and would like to see if there's XCD 90v available. Just no idea which camera shop i can start with... 😅 Sorry for bothering!
Hmmm... I purchased mine from MapCamera. But I don't think there are any stores in Japan where you can buy it now. I think you have to pre-order and wait for several months in most cases. There may be some stores where you can touch the display items at Yodobashi Camera, even if you cannot buy them.
Can I ask a question? From your video I understand that you use pocket 3 and Insta360 X3 to shoot videos. My question is how do you secure the pocket 3 and X3 to your chest? Thanks
Since there are still few examples of HDR photos in the world, I was worried about what kind of response I would get, but thank you very much for your kind comments!
Thanks!! X2D and M11 each have different feelings when taking pictures, and I feel that this is reflected in the pictures. Both are fun, but X2D requires more energy😁
