Hi Hans, im interested to know what you think the new average rent prices are since this video is 2 years old. I’ve been looking at apartments and a lot of the 1 bed 1 bath are now $2,000 - $2,500 and they aren’t necessarily “luxury apartments”. Am I looking the wrong way or is this a new average price?

Lived there 1963 to 2003.52 and Madison. Back then you literally could leave your garage door open. No cameras on the house. No sisns on the lawn saying house protected by alarm company. Could drive down A 1 A and see the ocean. Now high rises blocking the view. Homeless people just making themselves themselves at home. Make no mistake, Hollywood was a special place to grow up.Sadly that is not the Hollywood i know now.Old Hollywood R I P.

It’s also going to be my first time there now that I just can travel in a run a way from work. Hehehe…I’m super nervous about making this trip in just 3 days and a lot of walking.
