Hello, I'm Matej, husband and a father of 3 sons. As you can guess, I’m one of those people who have cooking as their hobby. To me, it’s not a duty that I need to take care of, but rather a relaxing type of an activity, that helps me to calm down and organize my thoughts after a busy day.
My blog and RU-vid channel is all about simple, home-style cooking, not some fancy high-level culinary art you need to study for. If I can cook it, so can you!
Follow me for simple recipe ideas that you can cook for your family or friends. I aim to cover as much ground as possible: pork recipes, beef recipes, chicken recipes, BBQ and grilling recipes, soup recipes and more...
Tried to follow link to get full recipe on the log, but apparently, it's a broken link. Nonetheless, wrote it all out and will be making it tonight! I can almost taste it now!!
This is a good recipe we often make it, we do add alot more onions but that is what we like, sometimes we just have bread, alot of the time over long grain rice and afew times over pasta, Very tasty and economical. thanks for the recipe, Take care, God bless one and all.
And in Germany Bayuvaria it is never madw with broth........without broth it becomes cracking crispy but dont forget to salt the skin (See bayuvarian Oktoberferst)
It is, to some extent. The mushrooms have to be soft and fresh. Definitely do not try to do this with dried ones, even when soaked in water, that wouldn't work. Smaller types are the best, but you can also use big ones, just slice them into reasonable pieces. I also assume that some types are simply better suited for frying, so it might be a bit of "trial & error" type of situation.
