But does closing the ball valve stop it from leaking out of the blue bowl near the pads because that liquid is beyond the ball valve. But yes just run it a little bit to get that out I see what your saying
Pops , Whats The Difference Between Encap & Shampooing? Is There Different Machines I Use For Each? Encap , Shampoo , & Bonnet Have Its Each Own Machine Or Can I Use One Rotary For All? Helpp Pleaaseeee🫡♟️™️
If the carpet is "burned" there isn't a way to resolve scorched/melted fiber. However if you're cleaning smoke / soot residue from a carpet, Power Gel followed by Encap-Spot should handle that pretty well.
Wow! I got my Electrolux & Floor Pro system new for home in 2000. I didn’t realize it was that brand new. Because in my Nan’s she had a 1964 version. So what was the chemistry of the 6070s foam? Was it good for its day. I’ve continue to use Electrolux Turbo because it’s what I had. Baby safe home. & for pets. But is there something newer that is baby safe? Hyper allergenic.?
Early carpet shampooing goes back to the 50's. The advancement of crystalizing polymers for encapsulation cleaning began to emerge around 2000. The word "encapsulation" had not yet been coined to describe the process. That word actually emerged from a conversation that I had with a good friend, Don. Don and I were talking about the crystalizing technology that was emerging and he said, it's like it "encapsulating" the soil. I began describing this method on the industry message boards using the term "encapsulation" and I wrote the first article about "encapsulation" in Cleanfax magazine. Guess I should have trademarked the phrase LOL.
@@EncapTV I saw that but i mean what was the old formula i stuff called if the 1960’s? As it appears it dilutes down the exact same as my 1999/2000 polymer based. It has every appearance of a dry foam, but what did they use? I understand Kirby‘s version came out about the similar time. 1965. We have one of them as well. I prefer the Lux method
Is HydrOx safe for black automotive carpet at the recommended dilution for ice melt? I've got a 12 year old car with black carpet (sometimes referred to as the 'impossible carpet' because it's more like a mesh product, no sticking up carpet fibers, hope that amateur description makes sense) I'd like to try to remove the ice melt build up before I try to just replace the carpet and the headache that goes with that.
Used Encap-HydrOx aggressively. Saturate with a strong mixture and extract thoroughly. Then apply Bioesque to eliminate microbial any remaining content.
Post Encap cleaning following HWE could be performed any time you suspect the carpet is likely to have a wicking problem. In such a case, you could do a quick encap cleaning the following day, after the carpet's had a chance to wick up all its ugliness.
Hi Rick! When cleaning with Bioesque, can you just throw towels into the washer with other towels or is it best to toss it, or wash it on its own? Also, is it safe on skin or should I wear gloves?
You can spray and wipe Bioesque right away. For maximum kill efficiency, you can allow Bioesque to dwell on the surface for 1-4 minutes before wiping. You can also leave Bioesque on a surface without wiping (as long as the surface can tolerate wetness/dampness).
So to be clean I can put this bucket heater in the solution tank of my extractor? And it won't damage anything, does the bucket heater have to be completely submerged in the water of the solution tank?
Amazing. I’m guna try it. Can you mix the power gel 10:1 in a sprayer and use it on a larger area say like a heavy traffic entrance area? And then encap after. Could work… 🤔
Trying to disassemble a CR48-JPOWER-L motor to replace bearings inside, got motor fully detached just cannot separate the head, 4 screws are locked tight on it, am I doing something wrong
If the screws are uncooperative, perhaps add some "penetrating oil". You could also use a torch to heat the metal (but be careful you don't cook the motor). Perhaps the JPOWER variant might be a little more of a challenge. I'd also suggest reaching out to Jordan Power for technical help on the JPOWER motor. jordanpower.com/cleaning-surface-prep-equipment-sales-support-repair-services/

Say a customer has dirty carpets that haven’t been cleaned in a long time. And they don’t want to do hot water extraction. Will encap work well enough for them?
Yes, in some cases it's possible to clean a trashed carpet with Encap and no HWE. The advantage of a thorough HWE cleaning is that you can uload the carpet to get it back into a good condition to maintain. Yet if that's not going to be possible, an aggressive encap cleaning can do an impressive job to breathe life back into the carpet.
Hi Your product shouts out I'm the best I live in the UK do you have a supplier so I can buy and try I have been doing carpet cleaning for over 30 years and like to try new products
The distributor we had in the UK is no longer in business. So at this time, we don't have distribution in the UK. If you're aware of a good distributor, please let them know. We would be happy to consider expanding the Releasit line in the UK.
The rotation appears slow since it does rotate slowly. However, it's making small dime-sized oscillations. And the oscillations are tremendous! It makes 1725 oscillations per minute.
A few were monthly accounts. Most were less frequent than that. Every 3 months was common. And a lot were twice a year. It all came down to the traffic on the carpet and the needs of the individual account.
I’m saying how does the cleaning differ BEFORE you buff/burnish it for an epoxy floor vs a polished floor with no costing on it. I’m assuming just a mop on epoxy isn’t enough to get it clean. Can you scrub before hand with a red pad and a 175 rpm swing machine?
Depends on the soil conditions. In many cases daily mopping will be adequate. If more intense cleaning is required, scrubbing with a floor machine or auto-scrubber would be a good approach.
Rock Candy really rock's! I've used it on LVP and terrazzo floor so fa. It has worked flawlessly. Can’t wait to use it on an upcoming wood floor and polish concrete job we have coming up. The team at Excellent Supply is top notch!
For “pads” the Cream colored Fiberplus pads work well on residential. Or a soft bonnet like the microfiber Glide or TNT bonnets will work well too. Just be sure to keep the pad/bonnet lubricated/dampened - and make sure to keep the machine moving (never stand in one place with the machine running) or you could possibly distort a cut pile residential carpet.
Yes indeed. But I found the VS was too slow for serious commercial work, which was our focus. Building up foam at the front of the machine took too long to develop, and if you walked too fast you'd blow through the head of foam. Was simply too slow for our needs.
The bulk of new commercial business comes from reaching out to potential customers. I prepared a 7-part series that will give you an overview of the process. It breaks down the steps to take. Jump in it's not that hard, and as you start to gain some traction it will become exciting for you. excellent-supply.com/blogs/encapblog/commercial-carpet-cleaning-marketing-7-part-marketing-series
