Hello, I’m Tashi Choden from Bhutan, the writer, designer, content creator and the main head behind the channel.
The main motive behind starting this channel is it’s a matter of fact that I am very good in cooking, no kidding especially when it comes to vegetarian food. Because I am not a meat eater and I don’t want to influence others too.
I have started cooking when I was 9 years old. I have been grown up cooking, studying and all.
So, through this channel, I want to help and inspire those who are interested and wants to try cooking something new with all those household daily utensils and also to those who already know how to cook and wants to try it in a different style. Follow my interesting journey and enjoy the delicacies.

I was always taught that the best method of “salting” the radish is to get your hands in there and massage it into the radishes. This gives you a good feel for how far along the radishes are as well.
Jus returned frm Bhutan. Tasty chutney. I mistook the sour taste for lemon. And the chutney was garnished with spring onion. Wondering, Is this the same one I had in Bhutan
Thank you for your recipes. It would be so brilliant if you had a website where you gave ingredients for the recipes. Or if at least the vids had a couple screenshots that showed ingredients?
