Honestly I think Crybaby Clown is Top 5th because he not only separated Fred and Daphne but the entire gang! But he also brought them back together!!! And it had a good build-up! But in the end it’s a good two part story 😂❤
Y'all ignore the fact that the entire graveyard goul episode was Velma trying to convince that gang that it was evallo and the gang ignoring it (despite it being obvious and them being "aware" of it)
Gotta say, the Ghost Truck episode terrified me as a kid. I would have nightmares that id enter a hallway in my house and it'd be ready to run me over, so I'd have to make it to another room quickly. But of course I'd be needing to get to a _different_ room so I'd be constantly chased by a flaning truck trying to run me over while getting only brief respite in certain rooms (never the one I needed to get to).
Vincent van Goul is of course meant to be a stand in for Vincent Price but his name is a clear reference to Vincent van Gogh Also that Night Fright episode was hilarious towards the end Night Fright trying to say his line to frighten them but failing to do so When he said “I am Night Fright” and it sounded whiny and Vincent simply stated “don’t interrupt it’s rude” 😂
42:37 Sad to say... These sorts of people exist in real life. I remember one group trying to hit a nuclear reactor with a drone both as a form of protest and the hopes it would cause the poant to get demolished. There's an upsetting number of people who would gladly get paid to blow up an ocean oil rig soley to show "Green Power", damn the consequences.
Great breakdown! I did something similar with my recent video on nostalgic cartoons-if you’re interested in revisiting some old favorites, check it out!
Man, I cannot stand your voice. I'm sorry, I'm sure you have good content, but the constant voice cracking isn't quirky, I just can't bear it. No offense.
Ok so I obviously don't know anything about WWE but wasn't the episode "Battle of the Humungonauts" an homage to the Toho Kaiju Film "war of the gargantuas"?
Growing up, the Miner 49er episode was the only one that ever spooked me. It wasn't the miner himself. It was that freaky howling he did in the tunnels.
The puppet master deserves to be higher. That episode gave me nightmares as a child. The whole vibe of the episode was extra creepy in that empty theatre
28:46 this episode traumatised me when I was younger, purely for that one scene where the guy was in the shower and the cicadas were crawling up through the drain and swarmed around him as he screamed. I couldn’t go in the shower without making sure the drain cover was completely on.To this day when I let my mind wander under the hot water I remember that scene and a shiver goes down my spine. Although the ending to that episode was kind of boring so I understand why it was placed lower than the others.
