Judy's Turn To Cry is a bit of a sequel song to It's My Party by Lesley Gore. The narrator of the song notes that her boyfriend, Johnny, broke up with her in the lyrics to It's My Party, planning on marrying Judy. Only to dump Judy and go back to the narrator of the song--go figure! But the question remaining is- "Did she keep johnny or break up with him soon after getting him back?" And yes, I know that Lesley Gore is a lesbian, but I'm reffering to the character in the song taking "Johnny" back. But all in all this was and is a very good song done by a very good artist.
Ah yes, the semi-evil Pussycat comes back once again as Catwoman's henchwoman, attempting to destroy history at the behest of ..... And with three dancing black girls? Holy BLM, we need a new bat-phone, Commissioner Gordon!
Judy was capricious, ungrateful, rebellious. Judy found out that her grandfather was going to the party, Judy started to cry. Daddy asked: Why are you crying? Judy said: It's my party and I'll cry if I want to! Judy's father worked with Lesley Gore's production.

The best about that decade is there are no auto tunes and you could hear all the instruments not like now when half of music is done by a computer ,, and just the hair the clothes I love it and love the songs,, I grew up in the 90 but really just love the 60 and 70 music ❤♥
I’m not tech savvy but how do these RU-vid channels post these old clips from decades back? There was no vcr or recording or Netflix in homes back then
I didn't really appreciate her back then as I was more into Motown artists and I thought Ms. Gore wasn't exciting enough. Fortunately, over the years as I matured, I learned to appreciate her style of performance. She's not like a Ronnie Spector but I definitely enjoy Ms. Gore',s performances and I felt bad about her passing. I have most of her songs and I still listen to them with great pleasure. 🤓👍
