1. I got into flow state analyzing basketball plays 2. Any strong emotion is enogh to get into flow 3. Group flow can be achived with members of a group in a flow state with communication skills
I love flow state it's great I'm a machine in the boxing gym I'm actual fully in the room and doing what I'm supine to not being side tracked by someone yarning or walking past haha
My first road, I went in with one objective….Let Go, as it set in, I was clinging to reality trying to remember what I was supposed to achieve. Eventually I remembered and had a deep experience. I had no integration plan after. I used it 3 more times, letting go became easier and faster, and with smaller and smaller doses needed, but still no integration plan/thought afterwards. My next time I will carry with me a list of the things to address in the hour of after “coming back”

Great and awesome video. where can I get 5 MEO DMT? I started this journey with mushrooms and psychedelic only edible chocolates a month ago and I have had the best experiences. from cutting off all the additions to an inexplicable change inside me. Now I want to enter that phase and the 5 MEO but it is a little difficult here to get it, what do you recommend to get it?
