I added 20 testers using create email list, then copied link for join on android and then sent link on testers Gmail but when tester click on the link it shows something went wrong. What's the issue plz guide me

Hi, thanks for this video. I have some questions because I'm stuck in the closed testing. I have already submit a release to a closed testing but I did not add 20 testers because this version was not good enough. It's been a month that I try to submit an other closed test with a new release, but my release is "in review" since a few weeks and I don't know why. Is it possible that this is because I did not test the last version with 20 testers so I'm stuck now and I can't submit an other closed test? Also, we have to wait 14 days with 20 testers, is google track if each user has downloaded the app or not? Thanks for your answers I really need help on this...

Hi im having one problem. Closed testers cannot acces the link. It's only working on the phone in which I did the internal testing. But for all the new ones not: I have unselected the internal testers of the track and selected them only on the closed testing track, but still not working. What should I do 😭😭 I've tried everything and all of them see "error"
