If you can put the sotly sauce before open the lid. Put the soy sauce on the edge of the cover. Let the soy sauce flow into the bottom. Then the crispy part of the rice will absorb some of the soy sauce. After a while , open the lid. The crispy part of the rice will be more delicious!! :)
