I had just started doing some regular exercise at home, then I got the flu, so stopped exercising as I had no energy. Weeks later I still have little energy, and my legs are feeling weak and a little shaky, the last three blood tests have shown an iron deficiency and my doctor does not know why, taking iron supplements has made little difference. I worry that I have cancer, so having a Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy and getting an iron boost directly into my bloodstream in two weeks. Have also been suffering with stress and anxiety for a long time. Will update the results later.
I've had gut bloating, head pressure, out of breath (the scary one!), dizzy/off-balance for 3 weeks now. I just wanna click my fingers and go back to my normal life? I've been to doctors and my blood pressure is high so I;m on pills to take it down. but Im still worried if I'm gonna have these symptoms for life or get worse. I keep googling symptoms which doesn't help at all. I keep thinking I got myocarditis or something,
Here after seeing all the news about Caleb Graves. He passed out after a 20 minute walk outside and died the next day after a marathon. He was feeling dizzy and feint too.
In bed now and only had one glass of rose. Feel headachey and hungover. Everyday I wake up with a constant muzzy head and I get twinges at times. Seeing the doctor on Tuesday. It’s so scary. I don’t know wherever it’s my HA/brain trickery or it’s something serious.
I am struggling with head pressure for three years after my first ever panic attack. Going to the doctors on Tuesday and hoping they can do a CT scan etc. constant pressure in the head and now I have a pain behind the eyebrow and my eye has been sore due to my contacts and my glasses were too tight so had them loosened. Headaches are scary. I wake up with constant feeling like I feel woozy and my headaches were at the front and then move to the back and then they go to the sides.
Thank you. I am 2 years into jelly legs, only my legs do give out and fail. I am finally waking out of this horror story, literally. I am getting 8 to 9000 steps in a day. I can’t do distances, so I do very frequent short walks. It was torture for a while, but now I am getting real strength. Long ways to go before I can just walk (rather than focus on it), but this is finally working.
WoW this is so helpful. I tend to forget what I learned and THIS just gave me a quick refresher of what I am feeling when I have an attack. Thanks so much for this.
I have the same symptoms..i feel like im swaying dizziness off balance strange electrical feeling on my face or head.. especially when im relaxing..its so scary..😢😢😢
So agree! In therapy I've learned that from a brain standpoint, it tricks you by cutting the links with our logical brain, therefore, you can't reason out with yourself; you have to face it to make it go away.
The best way i can describe it is that feeling when someone pretends to push you when ur standing on something high quick shock of panic. mine seems to always be accompanied by extreme fatigue and restlessness. No idea what’s causing it its absolutely crippling.
THIS MAY HELP SOME PEOPLE I'm 54. April 2, 2023 I had my first aura (without headache). Since then I've had 4-5 episodes per month (41 in total); sometimes twice in one day. I had an MRI and a visit to an Ophthalmologist; everything was fine. On April 11, 2024 I had a very unusual episode- a scary one. The entire field of vision was moving left to right and back again- bouncing side to side. It lasted a few hours and then it resolved. It never reoccurred but it scared me. I wanted to see if there was anything I could do to stop the aura so I made some changes: I was taking a blood thinner (Xarelto 10mg) and multivitamins/supplements (one-a-day vitamin, fish oil, saw palmeto, vitamin D tablet- nothing strange)- taken on the same day. I decided to both space them out and separate them. I now take the blood thinner on Monday, Wednesday, Friday afternoon and Sunday morning. I take the vitamins Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I initiated this spacing on April 20. My last aura was on May 23. I haven't had an aura in 78 days and counting! I'm not sure if I was taking too many blood thinners, too many multivitamins, or it was the interaction between the two. I did read later that multivitamins, while being useless can also interact with medication. I no longer take that multivitamin tablet at all now. No one told me that auras could be caused by the interaction of medications/vitamins. I hope this helps some people!
This is so confusing to me because i went through severe anxiety with so many symptoms including jelly legs, yet i also have gerniated discs, cervical, and i don't know when one ends and the other begins. Oh, the hypochondria....
I have never really liked the heat throughout my life but since my anxiety took hold in 2022 I have found myself terrified of the heat and in the summer I find myself constantly checking the weather app to see how hot it’ll be that day and what I need to do to stay out of the heat. It’s soul destroying. Literally from May - August my anxiety is at its worst. I now refuse to go abroad to go to a hot country. Before 2022 I had no issues with this
