I hate Sophia. She feels like she can't do anything right. I mean yeah she lost her job and yes she finds out her best friend slept with her boyfriend but then when she goes home she wants to help build her fathers coffee shop back the way it was. When low and behold another curve ball is thrown her way she wants to run away again despite everyone telling her that she's actually helping and that they want her to stay. It shows that yeah she has the ability to help but she doesn't have a strong bone in her body to go through the tough times. It's people like Sophia I wouldn't count on for anything. I bet she'd even run away if her and Ethan had a small argument over what to have for dinner or what to name their first child.

I was really expecting Dani to walk in at the end and Trevor to fall in love at first sight.

Are there big chunks missing? One moment he is sending her away and then the next it is her first day, but we aren't shown what went on between that. Then we get a few just kind of average interactions and the next thing they are all but in love and thinking about dating. It doesn't feel earned, it feels like there are whole chunks of the story missing.

Going to Pine Haven is a really good romance they were real the second chance of love the book opens with a girl expecting expecting to go to dinner with her fiance -alyssa!
