Wazungu wengi wanafahamu utamadumi yenu. Pia, wazungu wote si wabaya. Tusihukumu watu kwa sababu ukabila yao. Wazungu ambao walikuwapo Afrika labdha wanafurahika kusoma utamaduni yenu, si kuwachokoza. "Some white people understand your culture. Also, not all white people are evil. We shouldn't judge people because of their ethnicity. White people that were in Africa probably enjoy studying your culture, not to tease them."
No disrespect was ever intended towards the beautiful Masai Tribe, the beautiful people of Kenya, or Africans in general. As I stated before, THEY invited me to jump with them - on the spot. Actually, I would have felt that I was disrespecting them had I NOT accepted their invitation to engage/compete. Did no one see their best leaper and I shaking hands AND laughing together at 0:38? Maybe I should edit the description for those choosing to view this video?
I know you though you were sharing a video of a vacation, but it does come across disrepectful that you would ... "jump". If you look at their feet, they aren't just jumping. In fact their entire body has a posture, port de bras, and position. if you get push back from viewers, understand that you seem to be insulting the masai, you and your friend.
you idiot. they clearly enjoy having him there. at the end you see the warrior shake his hand as a sign of friendship. if he let the massai warrior wear some of his clothes, would the massai man be making a mockery of western clothing? no haha. you need the chill out and just let people integrate how they want.
I think this is appropriate: "Masai jumping... you're doing it wrong". As I see it in most videos, they jump taking turns and you don't seem to understand to get out of the way and invite a new dancer in the middle.
Whatever dumbass! It's the Masai Tribe that ENCOURAGES visitors to jump with them. THEY invite tourists to their village so that people can get an understanding of their lifestyle and what they do to survive. It was a truly unforgettable experience and someone like you who apparently has a SAD life can never take that away from me. Pls continue to view my vid. thank you again!
@piperjohn3 Thnx for the comment! I know, they definitely made it look effortless! We were told that the tallest one out of the bunch actually got a tryout with the Kenyan National Basketball Team! I'm friends with 2 guys who actually made the team years ago and starred in a movie with Kevin Bacon - The Air Up There
