Technique and Guidelines are different from Normal Goenka jis Vipassana Courses.... Courses are Conducted by Monk Ven.Bhikshu Chandra Bodhi...
its free of cost all you have to do is go there and book and it won't charge anything and there is a option for donation no matter how much just if you want to
Wow. Just popped up in my recommendation and I just had to watch it. Did my first Vipassana meditation in this center in March 2012. Watching this videos just refreshed me and made me nostalgic. Guru Goenka’s voice is ao soothing. Much metta. 🙏🏼
It doesn't really help "people." Rather, it helps you as a "person." I guess you become more "aware" of your reality by sitting down and thinking for a long time, and eventually you feel more comfortable to face your own self. But I'm sure all the people who have done it have different answers and each one is just as right as the others. :)
You can go to one of their centers in Kathmandu and sign up for it. They hold it twice a month. Or find a center nearby. www.dhamma.org/en/locations/directory
Hello, there. Yeah, I'm sure you can use your own bedding. They take away your passport, though. Kathmandu is relatively safe, compared to other places in Southeast Asia, but you can never be too careful. Wish you a pleasant journey! If you do go, come back and let me know.

while paragliding ride , do we need to take our own camera and monopod or they will provide ? if they provide what they give us as output ? video or just photo ?
Thanks for your comment. You don't have to bring your own equipment. They can take pictures and videos for you, but you have to pay extra for it. If I remember it right, the photo service was a bit expensive... but it was worth it. Kaoru
