Jay Doran coaches his clients to create the ideology for their organization to drive all behavior similarly to a military force or a cult. This has never been done in the business community and has been coined as the, “Culture Creation.” This makes Jay doran the first ever, “Cultural architect”, for organizations. Jay also coaches his clients personally through a psychoanalytic approach. Organizations scale Jay Doran’s curriculum through Culture Matters’ virtual training platform that delivers Culture Matters’ curriculum to who it will add the most value to. Due to what has been stated, Jay is the coach of the coaches and the tacit knowledge he applies to daily life are more nuggets you can take with you to grow your business. Jay Doran is THE Culture Man.

Janine always gives such great advice and How-tos but to do an interview with a top notch guest with a table and lamp between you ?! Blocking . Pull chairs forward - or sit facing each other on opposite chairs - you’re interview style says volumes- make it impressive !

Much of my own mentoring came early on through the ideology of a hand-up rather than a hand-out. I agree that a good solid work ethic coupled with raw energy, grit and enthusiasm is a probable recipe for success -- Smart man.

This is a great interview. Jerry drops some powerful insights on life here. And his book “Stop Acting Like a Seller and Start Thinking Like a Buyer" is an awesome read and one of the best sales books I've ever read.

I really like what Barry is saying a about course correction. Having a little humility goes a long way. Scientists for example will chase a theory they are invested in for as long as it takes until it proves otherwise. It takes a great deal of humility to give up on a particular idea you are married to and admit it may not be working. - again love his continued point being made to practice humility.
