Your settings could be locked down on the MFP. Try this support link below to unlock the ABK and view the contents of the ABK. If you cannot see it after that, contact your local Ricoh dealer. support.ricoh.com/bb_v1oi/pub_e/oi_view/0001051/0001051484/view/security/int/0072.htm

The layout of the options in Settings / Registration will vary slightly depending on the model. For imageCLASS model devices, "TX Settings" is shown instead of "Send". From there, “Network Settings -E-Mail/I-Fax Settings” has the same fields, without the option the change the port. To update the SMTP port, this is done in Network Settings > Port Number Settings.
As far as you know, is there a way to retrieve the password set for the authentication? We have to replace the printer with a new one but no one knows the password and we have no way to get in touch with the email server team to ask for the printer account. From the printer we can only see the username... Thanks a lot
Hi! We reached out to our service team. This was their response: Unfortunately we don’t believe there’s any way to see or retrieve the SMTP authentication. An alternative in this situation is to create a new account whether it be in office 365, gmail or any other service. I hope this is helpful to you. Good luck!
The MFP does not allow or offer the ability to see the SMTP password or recovery this from the MFP by design. You should recover the password via the Email account, or request support from IT staff that manages the email account setup on the MFP.
To use the popup function for authentication, the user must be using the driver which supports this functionality. This feature is available for both the PCL6 and PS universal driver which was added in the v4.28 release.
Tammy, in the Printer Properties>Advanced Options Tab>Job Type/Code Dialog Settings>Check the Box for Display User Code Dialog Before Printing This should get the Pop-up to now show at each print job
I have a Ricoh MP C3004. There is no display user code dialog before printing option. Any other ideas how to get the pop up to work? Thanks so much.@@SFUBEOProIT
I am trying to take users from our Active Directory and import them to an Address book. Do you have a video on this? When I export from AD and attempt to import to an address book in the Remote UI, I get error 'The file format is incorrect'.
Yes that is correct. IT Bulletin: On May 30th, 2022, Scan to email may fail if new security settings are not applied (ubeo.com) www.ubeo.com/blog/it-bulletin-on-may-30th-scan-to-email-may-fail-if-new-security-settings-are-not-applied
Thank you for this. So I have about 100 users. It is a new printer and I loathe registering each individual account, is there a way to import these names into the MFP, let's say via a .CSV? All the best.
You can install this address book utility on a local PC. This will allow CSV creation and user import. SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin V7 (ricoh.com) support.ricoh.com/html_gen/util/SDM/SDM_v7.html

This video really helped me. I needed to not only change server location but also wanted a new password for the service account we use for scan to folder. I was able to create a new address and add the info for new server and password, export then copy/paste that new info into old address book export and import to change location and passwords
