Dude, you do awesome work, great job, but please please please wear safety equipment when working, no bare foot pressure washing, eye protection and maybe some boots when using powered tools and equipment.
Great video. I like how you call out the cost of the supplies you're using. You may have mentioned it but what is the gap width in between for the siding?
Put a triangle (bent) piece of cardboard behind the area being sprayed to SAVE A LOT OF PAINT. Blow-back will increase paint coverage by hitting the opposite side as you paint the front side!
I e watched a few of these type of how to videos researching what I have to do to make this work but I am Wondering why allowance for the trees growth isn’t a factor the trees will expand across the circumference of the edging over time why wouldn’t you extend it out more
Just watched a similar video where a guy poured some giant concrete slab around his fire pit. The whole time I was thinking why doesn’t he just put down some gravel, it would be a lot easier and less expensive. I think you did it the right way. 👌
My biggest concern with this setup is the app. Does it call home? Is a sign in/log in required? Is there a subscription service offered/required? Is there any data collection? What data is collected?
The reason why those concrete pavers looked so uneven is because they weren't placed on a properly prepared base, by placing them straight onto the dirt you're just going to have the same problem in a few years time. Do it nice or do it twice. You also shouldn't place mulch right up on the base of the trees. Sorry, but maybe research this stuff before making a video.
Thank you for making something for the everyday man. Most videos I've seen are either too complex or too expensive, or both. I'm a regular Joe with little to no high-end skills or tools but I actually think I can pull this one off. It's so simple and easy to follow along. Not super expensive and seems to be done with regular tools every man should have anyways.
