In future videos can you talk a little bit more on what lure you are using and describe your technique more on using it. You have mad skills and love learning from experience fisherman like you.

Just a term used for a bass when it cross breads with different species of bass. Like for example the spawn of a large mouth and spotted bass would be called a mullie
Some tips. I get you don’t trout fish much. So I’m not gonna be the guy to rip on you. I made these mistakes too starting out. Don’t work the bait as hard or set the hook as hard. Little baits don’t need that much rod input and light pressure is enough to set the hook with trout. Get a rubberized trout net. Handle them in the water in the net. No lipping no gilling. Handle them with wet hands. They have a protective slime coating that protects them from bacteria and disease. You wipe that right off with dry hands and increase the chances of that fish dying. Other than that, do more of this type of content. There’s not enough of it.
We just rig them Texas rig up here for smallies it helps not get snagged in the rocks and just slowly work in on the bottom. I’ve caught some nice ones just burning it back to the boat from the bottom 🔥
Do you experience any wash out on this jig? I can't seem to keep in in the water at any higher retrieve speed. I am constantly having to stop and let it fall back down.
@@TheFreyExperience I fish 3/8oz since I fish exclusively shallower ponds. Haven't had this issue with any other bladed jigs before. I even bent the blade at the tip to try and stop it. No dice.
Beginning of video you said your not familiar, then you proceeded to give instructions on how to bfs fish for trout . Hahahaha… if you’re not changing lures 10 times for those big holes 🕳️ you don’t have a clue about trout . Especially BFS !
