A shame. such a nice property, and you can't be bothered to pay someone to give a decent walk through. People want a guided tour without all of the transitions/video cuts, and you could tone down the crappy elevator music as well. I somehow get the feeling that half of the house was not shown. What about what appears to be a garage? What about the roof? What about the yard?
I actually liked the music very much, they shouldn't care about what people want, a person which might show interest can always get in touch with them for further inquiry. To do transitions and video cuts is the worst thing to do making videos like this, so great job for whomever created this nice footage.
@@simbarules777 Not so much the music itself as accepting the standard volume level - background music should be in the background. My problem with the video is that it has a very used car salesman feel to it... show all of the pretty parts, but for God's sake don't show the oil leaks under the hood or under the car, or the missing spare tire. In this case it would be the condition of the cantina, or attic, or water heater, pipes, wiring, etc. - and using someone else's footage is just lazy. Do a full personal guided tour on your property

Compared to this property, yes the vast majority of the houses we have are substantially more expensive. But, this is what there is available on the market and also what is demanded. We sell probably 5 or more houses over 200k for every house we sell under 100k.

Too bad, if a local person can not get the deed, how me as a foreigner can get one ? And when I don’t have an ownership and use it as holiday home next time I come back and a gypsy family has moved in ,how can I claim I own the property?
This is a very nice house. I really like it. I don't know how all these people live in Spain without any air conditioners. That's odd😅 And that garden is a perfect spot for a nice pool and that would make this house perfect 👍

Lovely villa, another one to tick all the boxes and not to far to walk to a local bar if im correct? if I ever get my house sold here in the UK then this villa is on list of properties to view.

There was a bar within a 15 minute walk of the property, but this shut down recently. It's likely it will reopen some time in the future as it was a very popular spot. The nearest shops are in the main village, not within walking distance, but 10 minutes on a bike or under 5 minutes by car.

Please film again a little more calmly. The houses are presented like a rollercoaster ride. Wild, pans and rotation of the camera from bottom to top or right and left. You should take 20 seconds more, it was so uncomfortable to watch.
I really like your videos, but you shouldn't let this lady near the camera any more. Those wild, uncontrolled pans make you feel really sick and you can't see the rooms properly either.
You have a fantastic selection in houses. So many of the houses you present I would buy instantly if they weren't a bit too far south for me. Nonetheless, great selection 😊
