Hello. You can make an injector tester from any hydraulic jack. I no longer know the dimensions at which I machined the cylinder on the lathe. You have to drill the piston at the base and make a cover in the upper part of the cylinder. On that cover you have to mount a pressure gauge and a pipe that goes to the injector.
Duza injectorului este noua. Daca faci presiune constanta atunci nu picura. Am facut eu proba sa vad la cat deschide si am apasat mai incet pe levierul cricului. Oricum pompa tractorului baga presiune constanta si se comporta mai diferit.

So many people are afraid to work on injectors but once you understand them you don't need to be intimidated by them. I've torn my fair share apart and found that most of the time it's 1 of 4 things wrong with them, 1. Dirt, 2. weak spring, 3. The holes in the tip have worn due to spray eroding them larger & 4. The plunger or seat for the plunger worn.
You are right, it is very easy to repair an injector. You must have a device to check the pressure and a good tutorial where you can see how it is done.

Salut. Posibil ca pe pompa hidraulica de servo sa nu aiba capac cu supapa de suprapresiune si din cauza aceasta sa se fi defectat. Danfus nu am reparat si nu stiu sa zic care ar fi rezolvarea.
@@ioanpopa805 Pompa de servodirectie trebuie sa aiba capac cu supapa daca nu are atunci va strica danfusul. La pompa hidraulica nu este nevoie de capac cu supapa pentru ca are distribuitorul supapa de suprapresiune.

Hello. The pressure gauge is good. The problem was with the tap, diesel fuel went from the jack to the injector or from the injector to the pressure gauge. I canceled the tap function and now it works fine.

Ca sa sudezi cu bazic ai nevoie de invertor. Cu rutilic poti suda cu orice aparat. Cu electrozi bazici este mai dificil de sudat dar sudurile sunt mai rezistente.
Salutare, am și eu o servodirectie de same asemănătoare cu asta, după schimbarea celor 2 oringuri și a simeringului de presiune din partea opusa, se virează singur în stânga indiferent cum îl reglez, sa se fi defectat și altceva în el? Înainte de a se defecta m-am mai jucat puțin la reglaj fiindcă trăgea dreapta foarte ușor și gen se vira dreapta/stânga când umblam la el.
Simeringul nu rezista la presiune. Trebuie o garnitura tip c sau manseta tip c. Trebuie sa fie montate corect toate piesele si apoi trebuie facut reglajul.
@@DorelBorlea m-am exprimat eu prost cu simering (nu îmi venea pe moment), i-am pus manseta ce trebuie acolo luat din magazin hidraulic după cel vechi. El a întrat cu mana la fix la locul lui fără bătaie de ciocan sau cv. Acum nu știu ce sa zic.
@@DorelBorlea înainte de demontare pt schimbat cele 2 oringuri am ținut cont câte filete sunt inafara cilindrului, iar reglarea de finețe de trăgea ușurel dreapta/stanga direct pe tractor, cu fata suspendata și oprindul/pornindul la fiecare mișcare de reglaj
@@danielbivolaru6352 daca piesele.cilindrului sunt montate corect atunci nu ai facut bine reglajul. Daca strangi prea.mult capul de comanda in tija cilindrului atunci va vira spre stanga si daca este strans prea putin va vira in dreapta.

Interesting way of writing. I will try to give some explanations. This jack is new, I have taken it apart to see all the component parts. Some jacks must be aired because air gaps appear through the holes and valves and because of the air the jack no longer lifts. The second bottom knob has the role of an overload valve. To avoid injuries, the jack is equipped with an overload valve.

I think I read it’s calld a PSV bolt, but not listed what that stands for. I also read if it’s not opening or closing adequately to adjust it no more then 30• clockwise, & since it could be anywhere in rotation, that could be exactly & precisely infinity differant rotation-torque, etc., settings, infinity diferant attempts, hmnnn🤔, that mIt tAk a Yl😑

NOOOOOOWW maybe there’s a solution, it’s called torque to angle technique.. stRt by torquing bolt with torque rench to say IdOnO for example 50’ lbs.(sure maybe thatL be inaccurate but O wL that’s lIfe), THEEEEEEENNnn☝️🤓.. from there - turn bolt exactly a IdOnO for example 37.8576677 • further.. @@ezwa9979 the overpressure valve is adjusted from the factory with a hydraulic press equipped with a pressure gauge that indicates the tonnage. The over-pressure valve is tightened to the maximum, the jack is placed under the hydraulic press and the lifting lever is turned, when the manometer indicates the desired tonnage, the over-pressure valve screw is loosened until it disengages.
