As a child, I spent every summer there. When I went back in 2000, it was sooooo crowded and def not the Vineyard that I knew. What time of year was this visit?

I can imagine it's gotten more popular. This visit was in September.

I live in Minnesota and have been going to the State Fair my whole life, and frankly the more cloudy, kinda cold days are the best days to go in my opinion. Maybe because we always start the day off the warm mini donuts, lol.

Thanks for the sign language. Need it more in many places. I love Martha's and spent time there in April, before tourist season, long ago. I left the U.S. after 68 years and now call South America home and enjoy traveling about there. Come on down. You two are great at video tours. Keep them coming.

I visited Teotihuacan back in January 2018. What a spectacular place! In general, I find very interesting Mexican mix of European and old mesoamerican cultures that is visible everywhere. Interesting, what do you think of my video from Mexico: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DgXQwhEgutA.html

Pity that I quit drinking alcohol. I liked tequila when I used to drink, it gives you high spirits and will for doing fun and stupid things. What was this grotto woth thousands of lights on the ceiling?
@BuddyTheTravelingMonkey

The grotto was part of the tequila distillery that we visited. It's where they store the tequila. :)

This is a great list compiled of things to do for free. Definitely will save on costs as there seems to be plenty to do. I loved the views from the pier into the harbor. There seems to be a lot of stairs there too or is that just in certain areas? And beautiful sunset! Thanks for the list!

@BuddyTheTravelingMonkey
@BuddyTheTravelingMonkey 3 года назад
Hi Rod. There are Black people living, working, and visiting VM. Maybe not a lot, but there are some. Actually, if you take a look at the video again, when you get to 2:30 you'll see a photo of a Black woman and Black man who live and work on the island. Hope that helps. :)
@nathanieldavis5231
@nathanieldavis5231 2 года назад
You have black families that have been there for generations. You may not see them as a visitor because you are in touristy areas , while they are embedded in the islands residential enclaves. While they may still love MV ,the novelty has worn off .
